Print the label
We email a prepaid return label within one business day. Returns are free within the US.
Send it back
Drop the parcel at any carrier point in its original packaging with all accessories.
Refund or swap
Refunds land within 3–5 business days of arrival. Replacements ship the same day we receive the return.

What can't be returned?
Opened consumables such as cleaning fluids, and items damaged through misuse.
Faulty on arrival
Tell us within 48 hours and we ship a replacement immediately, before the return arrives.
